Refund policy
Our products provide 12 months warranty, and lifetime contact service. If you have any other questions while using it. Please feel free to contact us via your order (we will respond within 24 hours).
- Go to your order
- Find the order ID in the list
- Send your return request to vip@veryfitclub.com with the order number, the product you are returning and the reason for the return.
We accept product returns. Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after receiving the product. If the order is returned after the specified return window, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. None of these rules affect your statutory rights. All products ordered from www.veryfitvip.com can be returned except Gift Cards.
